Many of us find ourselves so addicted to blogging that we forget about the important things in life. Family, friends, other hobbies, and even work or school. With that being said, when do you know that you have you taken blogging too far?
Changes in Diet
Whether you are overweight, a little overweight, or even underweight, you should be well aware of your eating habits while you're blogging. Are you skipping meals? Are you eating junk food all of the time? Are you midnight snacking? Be sure to make a strict meal plan. That way, you're consistently eating 6 smaller meals a day with about 2 1/2 to 3 hours between each meal.
Changes in Fitness Activity
Have you lost days and days of exercise because of blogging? I know that you're trying to be the best and so am I. However, sometimes the best way to be good at something is to take a break from it. Step back and relax from time to time. Schedule a time for blogging without letting it interfere with other important things in your life.
Changes in Sleeping Habits
If you're staying up all night to blog, I understand your dedication. Normally, you should receive props for your hard work. However, it's proven that if you get more sleep, you'll be able to work more efficiently the next day. Again, if you want to be a successful blogger or successful with anything else in you life, it takes rest to do so. Going to sleep early and then waking up early, is better than going to sleep late and waking up late.
Change in work or school attendance
I know you love blogging and so do I. As much as I want blogging to be a full time job, I know that I, like many of you, are way short of the actual income to have it be. If you're skipping work or school to blog you need to stop and think about what you're doing. Is blogging something that you actually want to do for a living? If so, then that's fine. However, you still need a backup plan if blogging doesn't work out for you. Work and school are two great backup plans.
Relationship Problems
As much as you may not want to admit it, blogging too much has probably caused problems between you and your family, your friends, or even your girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, or wife. Unlike your blog, these loved ones of yours are irreplaceable. Take some time away from blogging. Remember the people you love and begin to interact with them once again. They're not going to be there forever.
Blogging is unhealthy if you let it be!
If you find yourself having any of the above problems, I would recommend taking a step back, thinking about what you're trying to accomplish and then setting a time in your day so you can try to accomplish it. That's what I do for
Video Blogging Tips and it's been making things a lot easier. This way, you have the rest of your day to eat healthier, participate in physical activities, go to work or school, and appreciate those around you who love you the most.

oooh, I like your subscribe to updates part in the post. I wonder how I can do that.
I was actually going to point that out but decided not to. I mean, blogging is better than playing video games.
Subscribe via email in the footer of my posts. It took me awhile to figure out how to do it. But, since you asked. I will make a video tutorial later tonight and post it up on my site. Cool?
Be sure to come back. I'll have it up at about 9:00 PM Pacific Time.
