The other day I did an AWeber Review which discussed the horrible customer support I received from the company regarding the Youtube over AWeber's subscription Lightbox issue.
It turns out that AWeber's CEO Tom Kulzer stumbled upon my review. Mr. Kulzer was very sincere and apologetic for the poor support at which I had received from his team. And, instead of giving me some lazy answer like his support team, Kulzer actually wrote a tutorial on how to fix the Youtube overlaying AWeber problem.

Thank you for the update Taylor. Just saw one of your lightbox popovers and it came up on **top** of the Youtube video so it looks like you got the Youtube flash fix implemented successfully. Sorry again for any trouble you may have encountered.
