Firefox Sucks - randomly crashes

Since before the beginning of time, Firefox has always been the browser to use. However, ever since the release of Google Chrome, it seems like Firefox has really gone bad. I mean, I never thought I would say this.... but out of all the browsers, I have decided to resort to Safari. Safari is better than Firefox, but it still has some issues.
So I have decided to resort to Safari. That is true. And I must admit, Safari is great for browsing the web and viewing Youtube videos. It didn't crash on me once. However, Safari has some other issues that I would like to be solved. For instance, in Safari
  • You can't use the find feature in Blogger HTML.
  • You get weird "apple" html in your Blogger posts.
  • You can't read Blogger html because it's so small.

A browser for Bloggers and a browser for Browsers

If you're going to be browsing the web, I recommend Safari. If you have Blogger HTML to deal with, I recommend Firefox. I just don't get why we have to use two browsers. Firefox used to be way sweet, but now Firefox sucks because it randomly crashes. I mean, I don't know what's better anymore, Firefox or IE? However, I do know this... They're both better than Comcast Customer Service.

I seem to have the same issue when using Firefox on my MacBook. I constantly get the beach ball where I have to sit for a minute before it starts working again. Becomes a pain when it happens constantly.

Exactly. It really drives me crazy. So I am kind of in between Firefox, IE, and Safari.

Have you been experienceing this FF crashing for awhile, or after a recent upgrade?

I'm not a Mac guy yet, but may be soon . . . so curious

It seems like Firefox has been doing this ever since Firefox 3 came out. I mean, I never have a problem with it at my girlfriend's house because she still hasn't updated hers. So 3 could just have some sort of bug.

I suggest you use a browser called "Flock" it's awesome man..It's based on Firefox thus all Firefox add-ons mostly work on that.
Hopefully I might have helped you in choosing your browser as we both are in the same field :)

Typhoon - I will definitely try. I am so fed up with Firefox it's not even funny.
