Honestly. Muscle Milk is the shake to look forward to after working out. It's practically the only protein powder that my friends and I will drink and it's definitely the best tasting whey protein on the market.
What are the best Muscle Milk flavors?
People seem to be favoring the Cookies and Cream and the Chocolate flavors the most. I personally like the banana flavor, but that's just me I guess.

Find something you enjoy! Muscle Milk seems to be liked by most people, but try experimenting between different brands. My suggestion; Use of of the best tasting whey protein supplements that you can find. Just make sure it's not too pricey.

I think you get what you pay for with protein. I see some being sold for £10 and then some the same size selling for £40, have to say the £40 is much nicer to drink!
