Just after I wrote my "Search Engine Ranking Stuck" article, Google seemed to hand me a gift.
I am so excited because I finally hit page one of Google for my key phrase, "blogging tips." I've been working at getting to page one for what seems like forever now so it's a pretty sweet victory now that I have finally made it.
Reaching page two of Google is easy
I really don't want to burst your bubble, but if you haven't already noticed, getting to page two of Google is quite simple. It's getting to page one and the top of page one where people have the problems.
Battling for the number one spot is tough
The reason it's so hard to rank on page one of google, or better yet, the top spot on Google is because you're competing against sites who have power. Sites on page two of Google really don't have much power.
Things become even more difficult if you're trying to rank for something like "fat loss." Yeah. That's nearly impossible. For me, "blogging tips" was even and still is a difficult key phrase to rank for.
What you should take from this post :
If you want to make money online fast, then look for a topic with little competition. For instance, you may want to make a website about "acne," but we all know that the key phrase, "acne," is hard to rank for. Instead, try making a site on a specifically pinpointed subtopic: "clear acne with water," for example, may be pretty easy to rank for. And there is no doubt that "clear acne with water," will be easier to rank well for than just "acne."
Anyway, continue to enjoy my blogging tips. This is so exciting. I know I haven't posted much lately, but sometimes I just need a little encouragement from Google to get back to work.

Congrats..But i didn't saw you at page 1..I checked your rankings for that key phrase and I got to know that you are on Page 2..i.e you are ranking 18/100

Yep. I just checked this morning and it's back to page two. I'm sure that I'll be back on page one if I work at it a little bit.
