David Paradiso was on trial for killing his girlfriend Eileen Pelt. Little did everybody know, Paradiso was about to solve the case itself.
While on break, Paradiso attacked Superior Court Judge Cinda Fox. At the time, nobody was paying attention to Paradiso. That's when he got up and sneaked his way up to the behind of Fox. From there, he began to punch and stab her.
Eric Bradley of Lodi police fired his gun at Paradiso when he saw the attack take place. Paradiso was killed in his tracks.
Fox told reporters that she was going to be okay. Her injury, a stab wound in the arm and an unsuspecting incident that should've never have taken place.
