Did you know that Hydrogen Peroxide can actually brighten your smile? It's a true story my friends. Hydrogen Peroxide can actually whiten your teeth.
I have personally been using the stuff in the brown bottle for a few months now and I have seen major improvements in my smile already. No more teeth discoloration for me. I have a beautiful white smile.
Hydrogen Peroxide in products
I first started using hydrogen peroxide after I noticed it as a main ingredient in many of the teeth whitening strips (Crest) and whitening mouthwashes (Listerine) on the market. I figured, if I can get the same stuff for a cheaper price that will do the same thing, who cares if it's off brand.
Brush teeth hydrogen peroxide
There are many ways you can use hydrogen peroxide. Many people like to use it as a mouthwash (half water and half peroxide) and many people like to simply brush their teeth with the liquid.
Instructions - Brushing teeth with Hydrogen Peroxide:
- Make sure your toothpaste doesn't already have hydrogen peroxide. (If it does, you're wasting your time by adding more.)
- Take a small cup, and put a cap full of hydrogen peroxide into the cup.
- Now, put in a dime sized amount of toothpaste into the same cup.
- Mix and then brush normally.
Hydrogen peroxide white teeth
Results after a few months... A whiter and a brighter smile. Now, some of you may not have time to spare. Maybe you have a wedding coming up next week, or maybe prom is in a month. If your time frame is short, I recommend Crest Whitestrips. It will get the job done quick. If your time frame is not short, stick with the hydrogen peroxide.
Hydrogen peroxide teeth safe
My dentists and many other dentists have confirmed that hydrogen peroxide is enamel and teeth safe. You can even check with your dentist if you'd like. They'll probably ask you why you're asking, but aside from that, they'll tell you it's okay. (Even look at the instructions on the back of the bottle. It says that Hydrogen Peroxide may be used orally.)
Hydrogen peroxide side effects
Stop using Hydrogen Peroxide if you develop:
- Sensitive or irritated gums.
- Note: Gums may also become temporarily white or covered with white spots. This will go away within a few minutes.
WARNING
Also be aware that swallowing Hydrogen Peroxide can be deadly. Before using Hydrogen Peroxide, be sure to read the instructions on the back of the bottle. I will not be held responsible for any of your actions - good or bad. "Hydrogen Peroxide Whiten Teeth" is meant to be an informational post. You may follow the instructions from this page at your own risk.
