Marre Ellen Hause was a part time teaching aide who worked at Springboro high school near Dayton, Ohio. Hause was recently punished for being seen in a picture with the high school cheerleaders of the school while the cheerleaders were holding Smirnoff bottles.
Hause's punishment includes the following:
- 30 days of prison
- $500 fine
- 10 day community service
- 3 years probation
Hause claims that she is innocent, saying that she didn't know the minors were drinking when they jumped around her to take the picture. Furthermore, it should be known that Hause wasn't just hanging around a bunch of cheerleaders from a school that she taught at. Instead, Hause actually has a son that knows the cheerleaders and was with them at the time.
I really think Hause should have been let off with a warning. This is pretty extreme. I mean, shouldn't we be spending our tax money elsewhere?
