Abby Toll, a 20-year-old woman out of Boulder, Colorado was recently arrested and charged with felony cruelty and drug possession after taping her boyfriends Shiba Inu (dog) to a refrigerator up-side-down.
Abby Toll told police that she did it because her boyfriend, Bryan Beck, wouldn't get rid of the dog.
Shiba Inu's are dogs of the Japanese breed. The dog who was abused is named Rex, and he will be going up for adoption.

Someone got a little to heated. Serious lady, if you're that mad about your boyfriend having a dog leave him. It's not the dogs fault. For crying out loud.

Abby Toll is a sick sick woman -- probably a heroin addict. How else could she be so incredibly cruel to a living creature. Heaven help her kids if she ever has any. I see a future child abuse case. Extremely sad for the poor pup. There is NO explaining away what she did. It's repulsive.
