Proactiv Side Effects are a very common problem when it comes to this acne fighting product. However, what most people don't know, almost all of the below side effects from the list below can be avoided if you simply know how to use Proactiv.

Common Proactiv Side Effects
Although most people who use Proactiv go through at least one of the above annoyances, they can be avoided by simply not overusing Proactiv. Also by knowing when to apply Proactiv.
Also, most people may not realize this, but when you first begin using Proactiv, you'll be more susceptible to the above side effects due to the fact that your skin hasn't gotten used to the treatment. Again, side effects will subside as you continue your journey to clear skin. Trust me. I've been through the process, so I know how it works.

Good tips! I must say Proactiv actually "pushes" the problem into the skin so that temporarily they look cured.
A longer term solution is to cut down on Omega-6 oils (ie. cooking oil) and sugar. Easiest way to do this is to eat lesser processed foods (eg. biscuits, cakes, anything sweet) and eat lesser deep-fried foods like french fries.
thats absolute crap. some skin breakouts are due to hormones and internal issues or changes, Certain foods wont stop this
