Aerial views of Neverland Ranch, CA

The address of 5225 Figueroa Mountain Rd Los Olivos CA, is Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch. According to the City-Data Forums, Michael Jackson still has partial ownership of the ranch.

Address of Neverland Ranch!

Neverland Ranch is located in Santa Barbra, California at this address: 5225 Figueroa Mountain Rd Los Olivos CA

Open the Ranch to the Public!

From my understanding, Michael Jackson was in millions of dollars of debt when he past away. If the Jackson family is smart, which I believe they are, and if they still own part of Neverland Ranch, they should do what Elvis Presley did with his home. Open it to the public.

If I am not mistaken, Jackson's kids are inheriting all of his debt. This is sad; they won't even have a chance to live. However, if they at least own part of the property or rights to Neverland Ranch located on 5225 Figueroa Mountain Rd Los Olivos CA, and the ranch is opened to the public, they'd definitely have a better chance at life.

I agree, it would be nice if Michael could be laid to rest at Neverland and that Neverland could be run as Graceland is, for the public. Michael estate, has the capacity to earn far more than Michael did in life. Of course because of the suddeness of his unexpected death, something like this will take a lot of planning. I'm sure, the men that were left as executors of his estate, along with his family see the potential that an endevour like this has and are probably working on it as we speak. Just give them time. I'm sure you want to see them do it right.

I drove to the property a few days ago. There were not throngs of people but the town of Los Olivos must be seeing great numbers of people.
Even if they bury Michael at Forest Lawn I'm sure they could transport the crypt at another date after they finalize dealings to bury Michael at Neverland. The State of California
should see this as a potential money making enterprise and too bad for the residents already living there. It's mostly vineyards and assorted horse ranches. The prime in this real estate is the potentiality it offers. I feel Michael still loved his Neverland Ranch and it would be appropriate for his final resting place. RIP dear one.

If the state of CA is so financially set back, why in the world don't they do something to change the rules and let them move MJ's body here for all the fans of the world to come and pay respects. Look at what it did for Memphis Tennessee's booming tourist business....not to mention Lisa Marie and her kids....I think that MJ's children deserve the same thing. Come on Govenator - terminate the old rule and fix this!
