Ed Thomas Murdered! A former football player by the name of Mark Becker, who played for Ed Thomas, is being charged with first degree murder. If you're not familiar with Ed Thomas, he was an amazing and "legendary" football coach, according to the Examiner.
Working at Aplington-Parkersburg High School, a school that holds under 250 students, Ed Thomas managed to coach 4 football players, and get them all the way up to the NFL level to play as lineman.
Currently, the situation is under investigation. No motives have been found, and nobody else was injured during the shooting, which took place earlier today.
