Zoe Pound Gang ARRESTS! Six members of the gang have been arrested and taken off the streets. According to News.LALate, the gang is around 10 years old, and is made up of around 50 members. Members generally wear grillz / mouth pieces that say the word "ripzoe."

I did more research and according to Wiki, the gang is located in South Florida, along with other countries. The Zoe Pound Gang originates with Haitians.
