As you already know, Authorize.net is experiencing an outage due to the Fisher Plaza Fire which took place in Seattle, Washington. Authorize.net isn't the only place experiencing outages. It turns out that Microsoft's new search engine, Bing, is experiencing outages in the Travel section of the website.
Currently, the Fisher Plaza Fire is under investigation. Officials do not know what caused the fire. Reports are saying that the fire was Thursday Night, however, we're currently unclear on when it took place.
Due to the Fisher Plaza Fire, Authorize.net and Bing Travel are both experiencing outages. According to CNET, Bing Travel should be back up as early as 5 p.m. PDT Friday.
