Bobby J Blythe is an instructor and owner of a school of some sort of karate. According to the Kyokushin 4 Life Forums, Blythe is receiving notoriety after filming his student beating a guys head into the ground, and continuing to do so after the guy was already knocked out.
The thread, which was written by user name, Power of One, stated that Blythe has a Youtube account, and posted the video there. However, the video has since then been removed. Again, this is a developing story that's only gaining publicity in a few forums around the web. If you heard about it, you likely heard about it here first.
UPDATE! I watched the video last night. It's extremely disgusting and extremely wrong. Many people around Youtube are now trying to raise awareness of this video. People have actually found Bobby's personal information and have released it to the general public. This kind of reminds me of the Kenny Glenn, Lawton, Oklahoma case. Although it was an animal abuse case, it received fire and the guys who created the video were prosecuted. It should be interesting to see if anybody from this video receives the same deserved fate.

Saw the video...murder plain and simple! These 2 "martial artists" are nothing more than inhuman scum to do something like this. What these 2 idiots did is not admirable in any stretch of the imagination. True martial artists would never try to prove themselves by beating someone to death. I think the dude just was embarassed because this mentally challenged guy knocked him on his butt when the "sparring" first got started so to show that he was tougher he ends up killing him. From what I understand, there's no statute of limitations when it comes to murder (which is what this is) so hopefully they will get their just desserts...in a prison cell.

As soon as law enforcement sees this it's plain and simple murder. Both those scumbags shouls immediately be prosecuted for murder. Clear as day. F-ing sick.

How could they have gone this long and not been charged with murder? I guess these guys have been strutting around all these years proud of the fact that they murdered a mentally ill guy....wow! They should recieve the death penalty.
I never imagined I would start my day off watching a man take his last breaths. The so called "black belt" resorted to street fighting and grabbed the guy by his tie to drag him down. The worst part is the man never wanted to fight in the first place, and after the "black belt" attacked him he defended himself, and surrendered after being trapped in a corner. They say the deceased was mentally ill, but the video gives no credence to that.
No credence? The guy said he learned his Kung Fu from Jesus and that he was a tenth degree red belt. That's mentally ill my friend. Unless you think that Jesus does in fact give Kung Fu lessons.
I don't know about mentally ill, the Jesus reference could just be symbolic.
The truth is that this Blythe and the other guy should live out the rest of their lives in prison, and hopefully die a violent death inside. These pieces of crap bring nothing but shame to the Marine corps.
The Kung fu Guy martial arts skills was great he showed great form and skill in the encounter. The whole time the kung fu guy was not trying to fight. While the Karate Guy was going full force trying to mane or kill through all of that the Kung fu Guy was handling him very well until he said "you are good" " you got it" at that point he stopped fighting and the karate guy went full force on someone not participating no honor no shame. The Kung Fu Guy was just there to demonstrate not fight. I dont think he was mentally ill. He said Jesus was his master he did not necessarily say he taught him Kung Fu.
and with his skill I find it hard to believe he was retarded. What about people who say they are catching the Holy Ghost or spoke to God are they mentally ill too?
