FF Tool Box is reporting that Matt Cassel may not be the starting quarterback in Kansas City. According to the source, Kent Babb, reporter for the Kansas City Star, believes that Brodie Croyle did such a great job at camp, that he may end up taking Cassel's starting position.
Currently, this is strictly all rumor. Kent Babb has a very strong opinion and nothing more. I don't really see what the difference is anyway. What I mean is, the season will begin shortly, so why not just wait it out and see who starts? Matt Cassel may not start, but then again, he may. Nobody, other than the coach, really knows much at this point.
