Alfonso Rodriguez Jr., the man who killed Dru Sjodin [the girl in this photo] will receive the death penalty.
According to the Associated Press, Rodriguez didn't battle the verdict.
This is definitely good news. Lynn Jordheim stated: "We're gratified by the outcome but we know this is the first step."
It is not currently known when the death penalty for Rodriguez will be held.
