Shannon Jackson, 36, was arrested for Facebook Poking, and according to the Inquirer, this isn't the first time she's threatened Dana Hannah, the woman on the other end of Facebook.
So at first, the threats were verbal, and now they're via the internet and Facebook. This is a very interesting case. It turns out, Jackson just wasn't having enough fun using methods of traditional abuse.
But when she sent Hannah a poke or poking on Facebook, Hannah screen shot her computer, and called the police. Jackson was then arrested.
For her little poking incident, Jackson could face up to a year in jail, along with a $2,500 fine, under acts of performing a call a misdemeanor for breaking court rules of a restraining order in which Hannah had against her.
